(Oral) The petitioner has preferred this writ petition for the issuance of an appropriate writ in the nature of mandamus directing the respondent No.2 to decide the claim of the petitioner in respect of grant of variation of the conditions of permit No.112/Reg/SC/RTA/BTI/22 by way of diversion of Muktsar to Bathinda via Deon, Goniana route to operate via Budhladewala instead of going through Goniana and also to increase the trips from two to four on such varied route. Precisely, for the grievance in question, the petitioner has also issued a legal notice in this context on 01.11.2022 before respondent No.2, but the same has not been adverted to so far.

CWP No. 28186 of 2022 -2Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that at this stage, the petitioner would be satisfied in case her legal notice dated 01.11.2022 is directed to be decided by the competent authority/ respondent No.2 by passing a speaking order in accordance with law at the earliest.
