******* SURINDER GUPTA, J.(Oral) CRM-18422-2019 Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the instant application with liberty to petitioner to avail other legal remedy.

Dismissed as withdrawn with liberty, as aforesaid. CRM-M-62188 of 2018 Learned State counsel on instructions from Inspector Tarsem Chand submits that Special Investigating Team (SIT) has already been constituted in the year 2018 and the matter is now being investigated by the SIT. Prayer of the petitioner has been acceded, as such, this petition has been rendered infructuous.

The petitioner has sought investigation of case bearing FIR No. 371 dated 27.10.2018, registered at Police Station Madhuban, District Karnal through SIT.

As the matter is being investigated by SIT, this petition stands JITENDER KUMAR 2019.09.25 16:56 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document Chandigarh

CRM-M-62188 of 2018 -2disposed of with direction to SIT to complete the investigation at the earliest and submit the final report before Court concerned. So far as supervision of this Court with regard to further investigation is concerned, I find no requirement for the same at this stage. Any other application, which is lying pending, is disposed of being not pressed.
