(ORAL) Learned counsel for the petitioner contends that the petitioner is working as Production Head (Tissue Culture Laboratory) for several years and there is no avenue of promotion. He also submits that the petitioner has sent a representation dated 26.10.2021 in this regard (Annexure P-11) and prays that the petition may be disposed of with a direction to respondents to consider and decide the same.

Issue notice to the respondents.

At the asking of the Court, Mr. Anant Kataria, DAG, Haryana accepts notice on behalf of the respondents.

Without commenting upon the merits of the case, the petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.3 to consider and decide the representation dated 26.10.2021 (Annexure P-11) in accordance with law within a period of four months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.
