On being confronted with the fact that impugned order is an appealable order, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present petition with liberty to file appeal before the first appellate authority. However, he prays that appellate authority may be directed to decide his appeal in a time bound manner. 2.

Learned State counsel, who on advance notice is present in Court, assures this Court that appellate authority would decide appeal of the petitioner within 7 days from the date of its filing. 3.

In the wake of statements of both sides, the present petition stands disposed of with aforesaid liberty.
