This petition has been filed seeking a writ of certiorari quashing the impugned order of provisional allotment of new district dated 27.9.2023, Annexure P-8, qua the petitioner. Further, a writ of mandamus has been sought directing the respondents not to transfer the petitioner under the Inter District Transfer of 2008 Batch. 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that grievance raised herein is pending for appropriate decision before the respondents. At this stage, the petitioner will be satisfied in case the respondents are directed to decide her pending representation dated 29.9.2023 (Annexure P-9) in a specified period before final allotment pursuant to the notice dated 27.9.2023, Annexure P-8.

In view thereof, without going into the merits of the case, the petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent no.2/Director, Elementary Education, Haryana, to consider and decide the pending representation dated 29.9.2023 of the petitioner, by passing a speaking order thereupon in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks from the date of receiving a certified copy of this order. 6.
