Aggrieved by order dated 22.09.2022 passed by Additional Sessions Judge, Panchkula, vide which the bail application of the petitioner under Section 167(2) CrPC was dismissed, she has come up before this Court under Section 401 CrPC by filing the present revision petition.

At the outset, learned legal aid counsel has handed over order dated 31.12.2022 passed by Additional Sessions Judge, Panchkula, vide which the petitioner was granted bail under Section 167(2) CrPC.

State's counsel submits that after grant of bail, the petitioner is not appearing. 4.

However, this is not the controversy before this Court. Given above, the present petition is rendered infructuous.

Accordingly, Petition is disposed of having been rendered infructuous. All pending applications, if any, stand disposed. Learned legal aid counsel shall be entitled to her fee as per rules.
