MANJARI NEHRU KAUL, J. (ORAL) At the outset, a query was put to the learned counsel as to what was the stage of trial, to which he replied that the matter had been pending investigation since the date of registration of the FIR i.e. 24.06.2023.

After arguing for some time, when this Court was not inclined in view of the fact that even challan had not been presented till date, a prayer was made by learned counsel for the petitioner for withdrawal of the instant petition to avail of alternate remedies including an appropriate representation to the investigating agency. 3.

Dismissed as withdrawn.
