*** PANKAJ JAIN, J. (ORAL) Counsel for the respondent submits that, in compliance of the order dated 30.04.2025 passed this Court, the complaint made by the petitioner was considered. It was found that the same does not disclose cognizable offence.

In view thereof, this Court finds that the remedy available to the petitioner would be under Section 156(3) CrPC and not to proceed with the present contempt petition.
