**** HARSIMRAN SINGH SETHI , J. (ORAL) In the present petition, the petitioners are seeking protection to the life and liberty at the hands of respondents No.4 to 6 as they have married against the wishes of their parents.
In pursuance of order dated 20.12.2018, both the parties are present in Court and the presence of petitioner No.1 has been secured by ASI Naresh Kumar, Posted at Police Station Sadar, Jind. Mr. Ankur Mittal, Additional Advocate General, Haryana, appears on behalf of the respondent(s)-State and states that petitioner No.1 has given a statement under Section 164 Cr.P.C. wherein she has expressed her desire to live with petitioner No.2 as she has married him with her own free will.

CRM-M-61994-2018 -2Mr. Gaje Singh (respondent No.4), who is father of petitioner No.1, is also present in Court and he states that he has no objection if his daughter (petitioner No.1) wants to live with petitioner No.2 after marriage and there will be no hindrance caused by the private respondents in any manner.
In view of the above, no further order is required to be passed in the present matter, therefore, the present petition is accordingly stands disposed of.
