BHARDWAJ , J (ORAL) By virtue of this petition, petitioner seeks a writ in the nature of Mandamus directing respondent Nos.2 & 3 to ensure immediate and adequate protection to the life and liberty of petitioner No.1 and her minor children (petitioner Nos.2 to 4) from the hands of private respondent Nos.4 to 11, who are forcibly trying to dispossess the petitioners from their own home; with further direction to respondent Nos.2 & 3 not to allow respondent Nos.4 to 11 or anybody else to interfere with the liberty and lives of the petitioners. 2.

Pursuant to order dated 17.09.2025, a status report by way of an affidavit of Harjit Singh, DSP, Sub Division Banga, District SBS Nagar has been filed on behalf of respondent Nos.1 to 3 wherein the respondents have submitted that during inquiry, neither the allegations levelled by petitioner No.1 against respondent Nos.4 to 11 were proved on record nor could petitioner No.1 produce any evidence to establish the said allegations. 3.

Faced with the situation, learned counsel representing the petitioner submits that he has instructions to withdraw the present petition. 4.

Dismissed as withdrawn.
