This petition has been filed under Section 482 BNSS, 2023 seeking anticipatory bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.366 dated 26.09.2024, registered under Sections 5/13(2), 17 of the Haryana Govansh Sanrakshan and Gosamvardhan Act, 2015 and Section 11-5960 of Animals Cruelty Act, 1960 and Sections 341 (4), 61 of the BNS, 2023, at Police Station Ferozepur Jhirka, District Nuh. 2.

On 24.10.2024, the following order was passed:- "Learned counsel for petitioner argued that he is registered owner of the truck bearing registration No.HR55-AL-6168. In-fact, the said truck was taken on lease by Aslam and affidavit dated (nil) is Annexure P-2. He is falsely implicated in this case.

Notice of motion.

CRM-M No.51272 of 2024 pointed out that when the truck in question was apprehended it was with fake number plate bearing No.NL-01-AH-8128. He seeks time to file status report. May do so before adjourned date.

In the meantime, arrest of petitioner is stayed subject to joining of his investigation."

Learned State counsel, on instructions from HC Raj Kumar, at the very outset, informs the Court that the petitioner has joined the investigation and his custodial interrogation is not required. 4.

In view of the statement of learned State counsel, order dated 24.10.2024 is hereby made absolute. The petitioner shall abide by the terms and conditions envisaged under Section 482(2) of BNSS (erstwhile Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973). 5.

The petition stands disposed of.
