By virtue of the present petition, petitioner has prayed for issuing appropriate directions to respondents No.1 to 3, to register the FIR against respondent No.4, who has refused to return the outstanding amount of Rs.6,22,812/-.

Contents of the petition perused. It is quite apparent that a dispute is civil in nature. Nonetheless, in view of the request made by learned counsel for the petitioner, the official respondents are directed to decide the representations dated 07.02.2025 and 14.05.2025 (Annexures P-4 and P-5) expeditiously.
