dated 09.06.2023 registered under Sections 452/323/506/427/148/149 of the IPC at Police Station Guruharshai, District Ferozepur.

Learned State Counsel submits that the costs imposed vide order dated 26.11.2025 stands deposited, she submits that the investigation has already been concluded and a final report has been filed in the present case.

Counsel for the petitioner does not dispute the same and contends that the present petition has been rendered infructuous at this stage. Disposed of as having been rendered infructuous.
