Prayer made in the present petition is for directing the respondents to release the family pension in favour of widow daughterpetitioner w.e.f. 21.07.2017 as she during lifetime of her deceased father became dependent upon him.

Learned counsel submits that the claim of the petitioner though has been accepted, during the pendency of the present case, albeit w.e.f. 20.10.2020, though it ought to have been from 10.06.2019 in terms of the instructions relied upon in para 3 of the written statement. 3.

The aforesaid facts having been brought out, during the course of hearing, learned State counsel, on instructions, states that the matter shall be considered and decided, within a period of 2 months, which this Court has no reason to believe the authorities would not address in a just, fair and reasonable manner.

The aforesaid satisfies the learned counsel for the petitioner. 5.
