**** NIDHI GUPTA, J. (Oral) Prayer in the present petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. is for quashing of FIR No.49 dated 04.10.2018 under Sections 498-A/506/323 of IPC registered at Police Station Women, District Bathinda (Annexure P-1) and all other subsequent proceedings arising therefrom.

Learned counsel for the State, on instructions from ASI Bhola Singh, informs this Court that trial in the present case is already at an advanced stage as out of 14 witnesses, 2 witnesses stand examined. At this stage, learned counsel for the petitioners very fairly submits that in view of the above said facts, he may be permitted to withdraw the present petition.

Permitted to do so.
