(Oral) Having heard learned counsel for the petitioner and while refraining from expressing any opinion on merits of the case, the petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to move a representation before respondent No.2-Senior Superintendent of Police, SBS Nagar with regard to his contention that the petitioner and some other co-accused had also sustained injuries regarding which the police is allegedly not taking any action. In case, any such representation is made the same be looked into in accordance with law.
