The present petition has been filed under Section 483 Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita (BNSS), 2023 seeking regular bail in FIR No.463 dated 23.09.2022 under Section 302 IPC, 1860 registered at Police Station Pataudi, District Gurugram.

After arguing for sometime, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw the present petition with liberty to raise all the points at the appropriate stage.
