*** ANUPINDER SINGH GREWAL , J.(Oral) The petitioner is seeking a direction to the respondents to allot a residential plot/commercial plot in a well-developed area in terms of the policy dated 09.11.2010 (Annexure P-1).

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that although the land of the petitioner had been acquired by the Kurukshetra Development Board but the respondents are not considering the claim of the petitioner for allotment of a residential plot/commercial plot in a developed area in terms of the Policy for Rehabilitation and Resettlement of Oustees dated 09.11.2010 (Annexure P-1). He also submits that the petitioner has sent a representation in this regard on 01.08.2025 (Annexure P-3) to the respondents, but no action has been taken so far.
