Learned State counsel submits that order dated 20.09.2016 has been complied with and the petitioner has now been posted in the office of Panchayat Samiti, Pakhowal.

In view of submission of learned State counsel, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the petition with liberty to seek revival of this petition, if so required. Dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for. Rule discharged.
