1. This is a joint writ petition filed on behalf of ten writ petitioners based on an order passed for pay fixation done on 25.07.2022 in relation to petitioner No.6, wherein her salary was revised after withdrawing one annual increment for the period 2011-2012. Pay fixations are individual matters and a joint writ petition would not lie.

2. Petitioner No.6 has also not explained in the present writ petition about the said pay fixation done on 25.07.2022 and what was the earlier pay fixation.

3. The documents received under the RTI Act, 2005 have been made the basis for filing of the present writ petition which cannot be allowed. Grievance has to be on the basis of action taken by the respondents. MOHIT GOYAL 2023.11.02 18:55 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document
