**** Sandeep Moudgil, J. (Oral) Present petition has been filed under Article 226/227 of the Constitution of India for issuance of writ in the nature of Certiorari for quashing the order dated 19.07.2025 (Annexure P-2) vide which petitioner was transferred from Chandigarh to Sangrur.

Mr. Shreenath A. Khemka, Advocate, who is on the panel of the UT, Chandigarh and is also present in Court, is directed to accept the notice on behalf of respondent No.1. He would inform the Court that there is no such Branch/Department under the title of LIC of India in U.T administration. 3.

After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the present petition with liberty to file fresh one with better particulars.
