Learned counsel for the petitioner argues that the petitioner had submitted the bills for medical reimbursement amounting to Rs. 14,67,419/-, Rs. 4,20,645/- as well as another bill of Rs. 88,082/- whereas, only a sum of Rs. 11,17,661/- has been reimbursed which is totally arbitrary and illegal as the other bills have not been taken into account while making the reimbursement and also is contrary to the policy of reimbursement as issued by the respondents vide notification dated 14.11.2018. 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the respondents are liable to be directed to reimburse all the medical bills forthwith without any delay. Learned counsel for the further submits that the issue raised in the present petition has already been raised in the legal notice dated 27.01.2023 dated (Annexure P-21) but the same is still pending consideration with the respondents and the petitioner will be satisfied, at this stage, in case a direction is issued to the respondents to decide the same by passing an appropriate speaking order in a time bound manner. 3.

CWP No. 24607-2023 (O&M) -22023:PHHC: 139480 Advocate General, Haryana, who is present in Court, accepts notice on behalf of the respondent-State and submits that in case, the legal notice dated 27.01.2023 (Annexure P-21) has been received in the office of the concerned authorities and the same is still pending consideration with the authorities concerned, the same will be decided by the competent authority within a period of eight weeks of the receipt of certified copy of this order by passing an appropriate speaking order and in case, after the decision, the petitioner is found entitled for any benefit, the same will be extended to him within a further period of four weeks.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that keeping in view the statement of learned State counsel, the present petition may kindly be disposed of having been not pressed any further. 6.
