The present revision petition is directed against the order dated 05.09.2024 (Annexure P-4), passed by the Court of learned Civil Judge (Junior Division), Ellenabad, vide which the application filed by the respondents/defendants under Order 7 Rule 11 of the Civil Procedure Code (for short - CPC) has been allowed and the petitioner/plaintiff has been directed to affix ad-valorem court fee.

After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner will not assail the impugned order, provided he is given some reasonable time to affix the ad-valorem court fee. He submits that the matter is now fixed before the learned Trial Court on 25.02.2025, for payment of ad-valorem court fee. He prays that three weeks' more time be granted to the petitioner, after 25.02.2025, for payment of ad-valorem court fee.

The request of the petitioner is reasonable and the same is accordingly allowed. The present revision petition is disposed of with a direction to the learned Trial Court to permit the petitioner to deposit advalorem court fee on or before 21.03.2025.
