Learned State counsel submits that in compliance of order dated 25.07.2019 passed in CWP-20421-2019 speaking order dated 28.01.2020 has been passed and all the benefits admissible to petitioner have been approved and the process to release the same has been initiated. In view of submission of learned State counsel, this petition is disposed of with direction to the respondents to release all the due benefits as per speaking order within a period of three months.
