**** ARUN MONGA, J. (ORAL) Petition herein, inter alia, is for issuance of a writ in the nature of certiorari to quash the impugned order dated 12.02.2019/15.02.2019 (Annexure P-3) vide which the petitioner was suspended from his services as an Inspector.

Learned State counsel, at the outset, submits that proceedings before this Court are rendered infructuous in view of Annexure R-1, whereby impugned suspension order has been withdrawn by the Department itself.

Disposed of accordingly.
