(ORAL) Through this petition under Section 438 Cr.P.C. prayer has been made for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner - Hardeep Singh - in case FIR No.19 dated 06.03.2019 registered under Sections 307, 341, 324, 323, 506, 148, 149 IPC and lateron amended Section 308 IPC at Police Station Sadar Kotakpura, District Faridkot.

On instructions from investigating officer, learned State counsel submits that petitioner - Hardeep Singh - has joined the investigation and is no more required for interrogation. In view of above, order dated 20.11.2019 passed by this Court is made absolute.

Disposed of accordingly.
