Learned counsel for the respondents-UOI, at the outset, pointing out communication dated 23.05.2022 (Annexure R-12) submits that competent authority has principally agreed that petitioner is entitled to dual pension. The case of the petitioner is under active consideration and an appropriate order would be passed within 08 weeks from today. 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioner agrees to the aforesaid arrangement.
