**** HARNARESH SINGH GILL , J. (ORAL) Through the instant petition, the petitioner seeks anticipatory bail in case FIR No. 402 dated 9.5.2019, registered under Sections 323, 506, 34 IPC (Sections 307, 325 IPC added later on), Police Station City Panipat, District Panipat.

Vide order dated 21.11.2019, the petitioners were granted interim bail and were directed to join the investigation. Learned counsel for the petitioners states that pursuant to the order dated 21.11.2019 passed by this Court, the petitioners have joined the investigation.

Learned State counsel, on instructions from SI Bijender Singh, submits that the petitioners have joined investigation and are no more required for any further investigation.
