******* SURINDER GUPTA, J.(Oral) Short reply on behalf of respondent No. 3 filed by learned State counsel today in the Court is taken on record. Learned State counsel submits that payment of dues to 14 petitioners have already been made and process to pay the amount to the remaining three petitioners is in process and the same will take about three weeks.

In view of submission of learned State counsel, this petition is disposed of with direction to respondents to pay arrear of remaining petitioners and with liberty to the petitioners to get it revived, in the event of payment of arrears being not made within three weeks as per undertaking given by learned State counsel.
