       The only prayer made by learned counsel for the petitioner is for issuance of a direction to the respondents to consider and take a decision on the petitioner's representation dated 03.11.2022 (Annexure P-6) against the impugned decision of the authorities of debarring him for a period of three years on account of allegedly submitting false information. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of respondents No.1 and 2, on advance copy, submits that the representation of the petitioner shall be considered and after following due procedure prescribed by law, a decision thereon would be taken by the authorities as far as possible within a period of three months.

In view of the aforesaid statement made by learned counsel for respondents No.1 and 2 and taking the same on record, the petition stands disposed of.
