**** JASJIT SINGH BEDI, J. (Oral) On 02.09.2025, the following order was passed:- "The prayer in the present petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. is for setting aside the order dated 24.04.2025 (Annexure P-3) vide which the bail/surety bonds were cancelled on account of nonappearance and non-bailable warrant of arrest were issued for 13.08.2025 by the Trial Court in FIR No.77 dated 29.05.2022 registered under Sections 21, 29 of NDPS Act P.S. Khanna, District Khanna City-2. The learned counsel for the petitioner contends that on account of fever on 24.04.2025, the petitioner was unable to appear before the Trial Court because of which the impugned order came to be passed. He states that he is ready and willing to join proceedings once again.

Notice of motion for 26.09.2025.

In the meanwhile, the petitioner is directed to surrender before the Trial Court within a period of one week from today subject to a deposit of Rs25,000/- as costs with the Sadhna Society for the Mentally Handicapped, Near Housing Board Chowk, Raen Basera Building, Manimajra, Sector 13, Chandigarh and on his doing he shall be admitted to interim bail to the satisfaction of the Trial Court." In deference to the aforementioned order, the petitioner has surrendered before the Trial Court and has since been released on interim KUSUM 2025.11.14 17:55 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document PHHC Chandigarh

CRM-M-48846-2025 bail vide order dated 06.09.2025 passed by the Judge Special Court, Ludhiana. A copy of the said order is taken on record and marked as Mark 'A'. An amount of Rs.25,000 stands deposited. In view of the above, no further orders are required to be passed by this Court.

It is expected that the petitioner shall not absent himself from the Trial without sufficient cause.
