RAJESH BHARDWAJ, J.(ORAL) Petitioner has approached this Court praying for directing respondent No.1 to release the grants for undertaking development works at village Adda Chhabal in favour of the Gram Panachayat so that basic essential infrastructure can be provided to the residents of the village. It is further prayed to issue directions to respondent No.1 to adjudicate upon/implement the letters dated 14.11.2017 and 07.08.2019, Annexures P-2 and P-3, addressed by respondents No.2 to respondent No.1 asking for the release/issuance of necessary grant to undertake the infrastructure development work within villages of District Tarn Taran. It is also prayed to issue directions to respondents No.1 and 2 to adjudicate upon the representation dated 12.10.2019, Annexure P-4, addressed by the petitioner being the Sarpanch of the concerned village wherein the grant is sought for to undertake the necessary infrastructure development work. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that as per MEENU 2023.12.14 12:21 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this order/judgment

CWP-34100-2019 -22023:PHHC:159421 assurance given by the local authorities, requisite funds would be released and the development work would be carried out and as such the present petition be disposed of.

In view of the statement made by learned counsel for the petitioner, the present petition is disposed of. However, the petitioner would be at liberty to pursue its remedy in case any further cause of action survives.
