(Oral) The prayer in the petition under Section 438 Cr.PC is for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.151 dated 22.08.2023 under Sections 420, 406 and 120-B IPC and Section 24 of Immigration Act registered at P.S. Mataur, District SAS Nagar (Annexure P-1). Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that pursuant to the interim order dated 14.02.2024 passed by this Court, petitioner has joined the investigation.
The learned State Counsel on instructions submits that the petitioner has joined investigation in terms of order dated 14.02.2024 and is not required for custodial interrogation.
In this view of the matter, interim order dated 14.02.2024 is made absolute.
