Learned counsel for the respondent submits that the prayer in the present petition was for issuance of direction to the Family Court, Gurugram, to expedite the proceedings in the execution petition bearing No. CRM-538 of 23.08.2022. However, since the said execution petition has been withdrawn by the petitioner, as such, the present petition has been rendered infructuous. Copy of the status of e-Courts Services has been submitted in the Court today, which is taken on record.
