State of Punjab

CORAM:
HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE INDERJIT SINGH
Present:
Mr.Sukhmeet Singh, Advocate for the petitioner.
**** INDERJIT SINGH, J.
Petitioner has filed this second petition under Section 438 Cr.P.C. for grant of anticipatory bail in case FIR No.357 dated 17.12.2017 under Sections 420 and 120-B IPC, registered at Police Station Sadar, Ferozepur.
I have heard learned counsel for the petitioner and have gone through the record.
From the record, I find that earlier petition filed by the petitioner for grant of anticipatory bail has been dismissed on merit. Now, no new ground has been shown by the petitioner for grant of anticipatory bail. In the earlier bail petition, it was specifically held that petitioner is required for custodial interrogation.
Therefore, finding no merit in the present petition, the same is dismissed.
