(ORAL) Petitioner-tenants have filed this revision against judgment of Appellate Authority dated 02.09.2019, dismissing their appeal, affirming the order of the learned Rent Controller dated 21.03.2018, whereby they were directed to hand over vacant possession of demised premises to the respondent-landlord within one month.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that he does not challenge the judgment and order of the authorities below on merits, however, seeks four months' time to vacate the demised premises. In view of above request, petitioners are granted four months' time from today to vacate the demised premises, failing which they shall pay mesne profits @ `50,000/- per month.
