Prayer, in this case, is for a direction to the respondents to renovate/repair the Government Accommodation of Type 11 (old)/III (new) category allotted to the petitioner.

Learned counsel for the respondents submits that this petition is rendered infructuous as necessary repair/renovation of the Government Accommodation allotted to the petitioner has since been carried out by the concerned Engineering Department. It is further assured that necessary maintenance work as and when required, shall be carried out, as per the terms and conditions of allotment, applicable Rules/Regulations. Keeping in view the facts and circumstances as above, this writ petition is disposed of as infructuous.
