 CM No. 4124-LPA- 2023 For the reasons mentioned in the application, delay of 199 days in filing the appeal is condoned. Application stands disposed of. LPA No. 1618 of 2023 (O&M) The appellants have challenged the impugned judgment dated 15.03.2023 passed by the learned Single Judge on the short ground that the appellants had been called for re-measurement of their height on 30.10.2019 but they did not go and appear for re-measurement. This aspect has been considered by the learned Single Judge and it has been rightly observed that once the candidate has refused to participate in the selection process, he cannot get any relief for the purpose of selection. The re-measurement was done only to give a correct finding of fact with respect to the height and there was no irregularity in the selection process. Accordingly, we do not find any ground to interfere in the judgment passed by the learned Single Judge. The appeal is accordingly dismissed.
