It has been stated by the learned counsel for respondent No.1 that the operation of the order dated 24.04.2025 passed by this Court in CWP9622-2023, of which non-compliance has been alleged, has since been stayed by a Division Bench of this Court in an appeal being LPA-1930-2025. 2.
