Learned counsel representing the State has placed on record the copy of arrest memo dated 18.03.2023 vide which the present petitioner Paramvir Singh has already been arrested by the police. Therefore, the anticipatory bail application has become infructuous. Considering the aforesaid factual position, the present anticipatory bail petition has become infructuous, since the petitioner has already been arrested. Therefore, the present petition stands dismissed having become infructuous.
