This is a second round of litigation raising the same issue by two different petitioners.
1.1 First round of litigation, in the shape of PIL was disposed of by this Court vide order dated 29.05.2025 passed in CWP-PIL-88-2025 (Annexure P-6) vide which this Court on the question of Critical Care Unit/Block situated about 30 to 35 kms away from District Hospital, Sri Muktsar Sahib declined to interfere with, and liberty was afforded to the petitioner therein that in case any member of the general public is aggrieved by the functioning of the Critical Care Unit/Block situated 30 to 35 kms away from District Hospital, he can approach the Court.

Since the aforesaid issue of the Critical Care Unit/Block being few kilometers away from the District Hospital was not interfered with, we decline to interfere in present repeat PIL.

Liberty granted in the first round of litigation vide order dated 29.05.2025 passed by this Court in CWP-PIL-88-2025 (Annexure P-6) is always open to be availed by any aggrieved person.

Petition stands dismissed accordingly.
