Today again a request has been made by proxy counsel appearing for learned counsel for the petitioner. He has however unable to state the reason why the adjournment is being sought.

Adjourned to 30.03.2020 subject to the costs of Rs.2000/- to be deposited in the Poor Patients Welfare Fund of the Post Graduate Institute of Medical Education and Research (PGIMER), Chandigarh."

As per the office report, no receipt qua deposit of amount of Rs.2000/- has been filed in the Registry.

Today, the proxy counsel appearing on behalf of Mr. Rajesh Nain, Advocate has requested for an adjournment on the ground that Mr. TRIPTI SAINI 2022.04.19 01:37 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document

RSA-5529-2019 (O&M) -2Nain is in personal difficulty and has candidly admitted that cost of Rs.2000/- as directed vide order dated 12.02.2020 has still not been deposited.

In view of the above, the Court is left with no other option but to dismiss the present case for non-prosecution. Dismissed for want of prosecution.
