(ORAL ) The present petition has been filed under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure (for short 'the Cr.P.C.)' praying for grant of anticipatory bail in FIR No.347 dated 07.10.2019, under Sections 147, 149, 323, 452 and 506 IPC, registered at Police Station Faridabad Old, District Faridabad.
