RAJESH BHARDWAJ, J.(ORAL) Instant petition has been filed under Section 438 Cr.P.C. praying for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.0122, dated 19.11.2018, under Section 306 IPC (Section 304-B and Section 406 IPC added later on), registered at Police Station Raja Sansi, District Amritsar Rural.

Vide orders dated 20.11.2019 and 11.07.2022, while granting interim protection, the petitioner was directed to join investigation. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that pursuant to the orders dated 20.11.2019 and 11.07.2022, the petitioner has joined the investigation and as such his interim bail may be made absolute. Learned State counsel, on instructions from SI Dharwinder Singh, endorsed that the petitioner has joined the investigation and he is no MEENU 2022.09.08 16:28 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this order/judgment
