*** HARSH BUNGER, J. (Oral) This petition has been filed under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India inter alia seeking issuance of a writ in the nature of Certiorari for quashing impugned Letter No.2591 dated 19.08.2025 (Annexure P-2) and Letter No.2654 dated 19.08.2025 (Annexure P-3). 2.

At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that there are certain inadvertent errors in the instant writ petition, therefore, he prays that he may be permitted to withdraw the instant writ petition with liberty to the petitioner to file fresh one with better particulars. 3.

In view of the above, the instant petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty aforesaid.
