HARSH BUNGER, J. (ORAL) Prayer in the present petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C is for quashing of impugned order dated 16.11.2021 (Annexure P-3) passed in FIR No.208 dated 23.12.2018 registered under Section 22 of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985, at Police Station Kamboj, District Amritsar Rural (Annexure P-1), whereby, non-bailable warrants of arrest have been issued to the petitioner.

At the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he may be permitted to withdraw the present petition with liberty to file a fresh one with better particulars.

In view of the above, the present petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty aforesaid.
