(Oral) This petition has been filed under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India inter alia seeking issuance of a writ in the nature of Certiorari for quashing order dated 03.02.2025 (Annexure P-5) passed by learned Financial Commissioner (Appeals), Punjab and for upholding order dated 02.11.2022 (Annexure P-4) passed by learned Commissioner, Jalandhar Division, Jalandhar and order dated 23.11.2021 (Annexure P-1) passed by learned Collector, Hoshiarpur, whereby the petitioner was appointed as lambardar of the village.
