The present petition has been filed under Section 439 Cr.P.C. for grant of regular bail to the petitioner in case FIR No. 260 dated 04.11.2018 under Sections 22 of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985 registered at Police Station Moti Nagar, District Ludhiana.

Custody certificate dated 14.04.2024 of the petitioner has been filed by learned State counsel. The same is taken on record. 3.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner already stands convicted by the trial Court vide judgment dated 20.03.2024, therefore, nothing survives in the present petition and as such the present petition has been rendered infructuous.

In view of the above, the present petition is dismissed as having been rendered infructuous.
