**** RITU BAHRI , J. (Oral) The petitioner is seeking direction to step up his pay w.e.f 07.05.2013 equivalent to Bijender Singh who is junior to the petitioner, in view of the judgment dated 15.05.2013 (P-4).

As per seniority list (P-1), the petitioner was placed at Sr.No. 34 in the seniority list and Bijender Singh has been placed in the seniority list at Sr No. 63 and thus, Bijender Singh is junior to the petitioner. In this regard, the petitioner has given a legal notice dated 12.09.2018 (P-5) but no action has been taken till date. Without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this petition is being disposed of by giving a direction to respondents to decide the legal notice dated 12.09.2018 (P-5) and pass appropriate orders. This exercise shall be completed within a period of four months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.
