(Oral) Learned counsel for petitioner submits that after filing the present petition, the representation (Annexure P-7) has already been decided vide order dated 31.10.2023, which order needs to be challenged because the petitioner intend to redress his grievance, hence, the present petition may kindly be disposed of having been not pressed, any further, with liberty to avail appropriate remedy against the order dated 31.10.2023 rejecting the representation of the petitioner.
